Colonel TIMORAH BEALES

Colonel Timorah S. Beales is the Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the Deputy Commander, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. The center serves as an intermediate-level headquarters responsible for providing installation and mission support capabilities to 83 Air Force and Space Force installations, nine major commands and two direct reporting units with an annual budget of approximately $10 billion. One of six centers assigned to AFMC, the unit's cross-functional team integrates security forces, civil engineering, base communications, logistics readiness, installation ministry programs, public affairs, services, operational acquisition and financial management across 10 detachments and four primary subordinate units. Those units are the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Air Force Installation Contracting Center, Air Force Security Forces Center and Air Force Services Center. 
 
Colonel Beales entered the Air Force in 2000 as an ROTC graduate from Purdue University. She is a graduated squadron commander and has served in a variety of civil engineer positions on active duty and in the Reserve at the base, major command and Air Staff levels. Her contingency experience spans deployments in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM, and a remote tour to Korea. Prior to her current assignment, she was the IMA to the Director, Operations Directorate, Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. In this position, she was responsible for delivering engineering technical, managerial, and training expertise along with global reachback support. The Operations Directorate is comprised of more than 230 personnel including the Civil Engineer Maintenance Inspection and Repair Team and the Airfield Pavement Evaluation Team.
