The Air Force Services Center, or AFSVC, headquartered at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, delivers a wide range of services, programs and activities that strengthen the readiness and resilience of Airmen, Guardians and their families. Through eight specialized teams, AFSVC supports installations worldwide, major commands and air staff by offering technical assistance, developing new initiatives and programs, and managing central support functions. The center enables installations to effectively deliver essential services such as dining, fitness, child care, lodging and recreation. These programs improve morale and resilience while creating meaningful experiences for military members and their families. AFSVC’s key responsibilities include responding to high-level inquiries, providing hands-on technical assistance to the field, and developing new programs that empower major commands and installations better serve their communities.
