Steel frames are up for the new KC-46 'Pegasus' tanker maintenance hangars being erected at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The Air Force Installation Contracting Center recently awarded a suite of architect and engineering services contracts to support the Air Force’s sustainment, restoration and modernization program. Seventeen contracts under Pool 4 will provide services for traditional design, construction inspection and other engineering work that supports mission-ready infrastructure.
