Former Kelly AFB cleanup

Contractors remove monitoring and injection wells from the Building 98 pit at the former Kelly Air Force Base, Texas. By the end of the BRAC, or Base Realignment and Closure, Environmental Construction Optimization Services contract, site closure will occur.
