Capt. Whitney Hawkins arrived at Tyndall Air Force Base as the AFIMSC Resources Directorate's first on-site responder following Hurricane Michael in October. Hawkins provided support to the Tyndall comptroller and Task Force Phenix, which was formed to conduct a massive recover program at the base.
