JBA honors child as ‘Pilot for a Day’

Kwami Penty and his family are given a hands-on equipment demonstration by security forces members as part of the “Pilot for a Day” program at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Oct. 6, 2016. Kwami was able to hold unarmed rifles, pistols, helmets, flak vests and police shields during the interaction. The day-long event is held biannually for children battling serious illnesses.
