Ramstein remembers fallen Airmen at memorial triathlon
An athlete competes in the run portion of the Michael Hill Memorial Triathlon at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 14, 2016. The triathlon was held in memory of Airman 1st Class Michael Hill who was assigned to the 786th Civil Engineer Squadron as a heavy equipment operator before suddenly losing his life nearly one year ago in a fatal car accident. The triathlon included three portions; 275 m swim, 20 km bike and 5 km run. All proceeds collected for the event were donated to a charity in Michael Hill’s name. (U.S. Air Force photo by/Tech Sgt.
