Major Benjamin Payne crosses the finish line first at 2015 Bolder Boulder 10K in Boulder, Colorado. A member of the Air Force World Class Athlete Program at U.S. Air Force Academy, Payne is preparing for the 2016 Olympic Trials in Los Angeles where he will compete for the chance to go to the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
