AFIMSC activates AMC detachment
Maj. Gen. Theresa Carter, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center commander, passes the AFIMSC Detachment 9 flag to Col. Mark McCloud, AFIMSC Det. 9 commander, May 7 at Headquarters Air Mobility Command Airlifters' Hall, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
