379th ECES: Day on the job
U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Christopher Sakai, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron heating ventilation and air condition asset management planner, uses an infrared Thermometer during a bathroom inspection at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Oct. 9, 2014. Each facility is put into a red, amber or green category, whereby a red rating implies major overhaul, an amber rating implies minor overhaul or cosmetic repairs, and a green rating implies brand new or minor repairs. To execute the short-term repairs, a dedicated four-man team was established and is comprised of an electrician, water fuels system maintenance, heating ventilation and air condition, and structural craftsman.
