Holloman AFB Airman, German air force perform weapons qualification training
A member of the 49th Security Forces Squadron fires the German G36 assault rifle Nov. 12, 2014 at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. Holloman AFB Airmen and the German air force came together at the combat arms and maintenance facility for weapons qualification to enhance an already established bond. Each Air Force had an opportunity to fire each other’s weapons with the chance of earning the Air Force Marksmanship Ribbon, or the German air force Marksmanship Badge, Schutzenschnur.
