Air Force Installation and Contract Agency's B.J. Miller, fire and emergency service personal protective equipment manager, recently took part in a Defense Acquisition University library video to explain enterprise sourcing methodology. Miller was instrumental in delivering standardized equipment, enhanced firefighter safety, streamlined acquisition processes and significant cost savings to the Air Force fire emergency services community.
