New meals for legacy DFACs
Then Airman 1st Class Julia Estrada, a food service airman, mixes a fresh pasta salad at the Nightingale Dining Facility on Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The Air Force Services Center will begin rolling out a new 28-day menu to installations with legacy dining facilities in the near future. The updated menu will deliver healthier options and more variety, bringing the DAF more in line with the Department of Defense Go for Green program. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
