David Dower's 40-year career has given him the chance to serve many important Air Force missions: at Kelly AFB, Texas, he was a systems engineer in the largest distribution center in the world for aircraft parts; at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio, he designed mechanized material handling systems; and at Malmstrom AFB, Montana, he designed infrastructure for the intercontinental ballistic missile mission.
