Advanced culinary skills
Candidates from a 12-person Air Force team from across the service earned an Advanced Culinary Skills certification Oct. 9 from the Culinary Institute of America. A cooperative agreement between the Air Force and the institute’s San Antonio campus gives active-duty Air Force and nonappropriated fund civilian employees the opportunity to hone their skills and learn new ways to improve business operations and efficiency in the kitchen.
