Tech. Sgt. Steven, Expeditionary Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force Squadron engineering assistant, wets down concrete at a construction site at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Mar. 4, 2015. The EPBS has been working on several base projects to include constructing a 13.5’x13.5’x8’, 12-inch thick concrete electrical vault and 31 foot reinforced horizontal stem wall for the Communications Squadron.
