Warfighter Portrait: Julio Toala
After a two-decade career in Army geospatial engineering, rising to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3, Julio Toala found a new way to support the warfighter as a civilian employee with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center. Today, as a Geospatial Project Manager for the Department of the Air Force’s GeoBase Program, he continues serving with the same dedication that defined his military career. (U.S. Air Force graphic)
