Colonel Justin W. Morrison is the Commander, Detachment 2, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. He is responsible for synchronizing agile combat support and logistics, to include oversight, guidance, training, and resources in support of 45,000 PACAF personnel in 10 wings and 3 NAFs. Additionally, he manages personnel readiness, agile combat support manpower, financial services and resources, installation engineering, physical security, theater security cooperation, and base communication plant maintenance to provide support for 396 total force combat aircraft and $42.3 billion of infrastructure.
Colonel Morrison was commissioned in 1999 upon graduation from the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the University of Portland and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Colorado. He has commanded civil engineer squadrons in the Pacific and Europe and has held a variety of base civil engineer positions, headquarters staff positions, and served as an instructor at the United States Air Force Academy.
Prior to his current position, he served as the the Commander, 18th Civil Engineer Group, Kadena Air Base, Japan.
