Civil Engineering

A Prime BEEF crew pours concrete for the floor of a building at Tan Son Nhut Air Base in South Vietnam. In a 12-month period between 1964 and 1965, both the Prime BEEF and RED HORSE programs were established. Together, the programs changed Air Force civil engineering by giving engineers a wartime/contingency mission. (U.S. Air Force photo)
