AFCEC ultramarathoners

Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s Lt. Col. Jeff Klein runs an ultramarathon through one of North America’s largest deserts, the Chihauhaun Desert, at Seminole Canyon State Park, in Texas. During runs through the prehistoric area, ultramarathoners like Klein could see the Seminole Canyon meeting the Rio Grande River and pictographs left by indigenous people in caves and surrounding the area.
