Airman saves the life of a child
Airman 1st Class Daniel Pippen, a fireman with 628th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department at Joint Base Charleston, S.C., and his girlfriend, Becky Atkins, a registered nurse at East Cooper Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, S.C., saved the life of a young girl on March 9, 2015, after an afternoon on the beach on Sullivan's Island.
