As project managers for the PMO, and as part of the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, Capts. Zach Bierhaus, Kyle Kowalchuk and Will Page are charged with finding solutions to the many potential issues that could affect the Air Force’s on-going efforts to develop the base as the “Installation of the Future.”

    With the evolving COVID-19 situation, privatized housing project owners have assured the Air Force that emergency and urgent workorders should and will continue to be addressed while routine maintenance has been temporarily suspended for many privatized projects. The Air Force Civil Engineer Center is coordinating with each project owner for specific plans on minimizing social interaction and increasing social distancing while maintenance is being performed in homes and during leasing operations.

Resiliency, fitness, the AFMC We Need and U.S. Space Force were among the topics of focus during the hour-long event. Gen. Arnold W. Bunch, Jr., AFMC commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Stan Cadell, AFMC senior enlisted advisor, fielded dozens of questions from across the command during the event which was live streamed on the AFMC Facebook page.
