It’s Mission Monday! Cynthia Woods is the chief of Air Force Food and Beverage Business Development at the Air Force Services Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. Her responsibilities include the renovation of appropriated fund (APF) dining facilities from traditional cafeteria-style feeding to platforms found in university campuses.
